Choose a ceremony overlooking the Ocean, an amazing backdrop for your photographs, or our enchanting Woodland Barn with a Wishing Well by the entrance, maybe even the Magical Cave hidden in The Cove. Our amazing settings will create the perfect atmosphere.
Our unique venue with the stunning ocean views serves drinks and canapes at any of the ceremony settings – such fun and romance for you and your guests.

Two different Ceremony Venues
Viewpoint
One of our most loved locations is Viewpoint. With bench seating for 125 guests, it’s situated on the Headland. This ceremony area overlooks the North Devon Coastline, guaranteeing you breath-taking photographs to look back on in years to come. With a backdrop of Combe Martin, Hangman Hill and the secluded Broadsands Beach, the view showcases the beauty that North Devon has to offer.
The Woodland Barn
A 30 second walk from Viewpoint, yet nestled into woodland greenery, is The Woodland Barn. With seating for 125 guests, The Woodland Barn showcases a beautiful open plan vaulted ceiling with exposed timbers. Huge countryside barn doors, and draping fairy lights, this is the perfect setting for your indoor ceremony. Outside The Woodland Barn is a rustic stone wishing well, not only a beautiful picture opportunity for your guests to enjoy, but is dedicated to the family members and friends that can’t be there to celebrate your special day.
Two Reception Venues
The Beach House
Directly overlooking the Cove, The Beach House is the perfect setting for you, and up to 125 guests to enjoy your Wedding Breakfast. With real tree trunk pillars, rustic oak floorboards, vast hanging wicker lamp shades, and banquet style tables this venue creates the perfect ambience of your rustic coastal reception area.
The Beach House can transform at night to the perfect location to dance your night away, staff will clear your tables away and create a dedicated space for a dance floor, with lots of room and electric points for a DJ/Band to set up if you wish to hire one. The Beach House has an extended patio area overlooking The Cove with seating and umbrellas for guests to relax during the celebrations.
The Snug
Located next to The Beach House is The Snug, a dedicated area for your guests to escape to during your reception if they wish to get away from the dance floor and loud music. Quiet, calm, cosy, and filled with sofas and cuddle chairs, it’s the perfect area to catch up with old family and friends you haven’t seen in years.
The Snug also lends itself effortlessly to becoming a focal meeting point upon arrival of your guests. Located within The Snug is a pay bar that opens the hour before your Ceremony, so there’s no need to worry about keeping your friends and family entertained, The Snug will do that all for you.
