Making your booking at Watermouth Cove Weddings
Now you have chosen us as your venue for your special day, here are the next steps to follow when confirming your booking.
1 Confirm your chosen date via email, phone call or in person.
2 Please complete the wedding booking form that outlines your basic contact information, in addition to your anticipated requirements.
3 On receipt of your form you will be required to make a payment of £2,500. Please ensure that you have read the Terms and Conditions carefully and thoroughly. This payment will be a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. Payments can be made via BACS, debit card, credit card or cash. Payment cannot be accepted via American Express.
4 If your ceremony is taking place at our venue, you will need to liaise with the local Registrar, they can be located at the Exeter Office. Telephone: 0345 1555 1002 or email: registrar@devon.gov.uk to arrange the wedding date and time. We recommend you do this as soon as you have confirmed your booking with us.
5 Please make sure you forward your Wedding Insurance confirmation within 30 days of booking.
6 Twelve months before the wedding 50% of the venue fee will be due minus deposit paid. Six months before the wedding the final venue fee is due. Then eight weeks before the big day your food and drink packages. Payments can be made with a card over the phone or by Bacs whichever is easier for you
7 Around six months before your wedding you will receive your Event Plan which we will personalise with you. In addition, a Food and Dietary requirements questionnaire. Once these are returned to us, we will then be able to schedule a call to discuss it further, make any changes and “fine tune” it.
8 One week before the big day you will be required to pay the £1,000 security deposit, which will be refunded after your wedding should no issues arise, and/or damage occurred.
9 Finally, your wedding day with us has arrived. Now is the time for you to relax and enjoy your celebrations after all the careful preparations that have taken place
